Andrés Griñe
Founder of DiamondProspects and Head NFL Scout
I am an Assistant in Player Personnel/Scouting for Washington State Football with over six years of experience scouting NFL prospects and evaluating talent. I previously covered high school baseball as a writer for NMPreps and now run DiamondProspects, where I publish scouting reports, prospect evaluations, and draft analysis. I am currently a junior pursuing a degree in Sports Management and am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Matthew Jewell
Head NBA Scout and Analyst
I am a sports analyst and research assistant for the WSU Sports Management department with a central focus on the NBA. I break down players, teams, and schemes through film study and data to deliver sharp, in-depth scouting reports, and team evaluations. I’m born and raised in Castro Valley, California and am currently seeking a degree in Data Analytics with a focus in Sports Management.

Assistant NFL Scout
I am currently a junior studying sports management at Washington State University, originally from Fremont, California. I have experience in football ranging from playing, coaching, and scouting. My main focus is scouting college recruits and providing in depth reports on their strengths and weaknesses.
Kenai Parker

My hometown is Albuquerque, New Mexico. I played running back and outside linebacker in high school. I am double majoring in kinesiology and psychology at the University of Denver in the Class of 2028. I am the media manager providing the latest updates across on Instagram and Twitter/X. I have experience in football ranging from playing to scouting. My focus is to highlight and broadcast the future of sports. Whether it’s promoting stars or editing videos, I’m determined to promoting that next gem DiamondProspects finds.
