•Takes a consistently good angle to the QB in pursuit
•Great as a QB spy
•Flows to the ball and weeds through traffic
•Sideline to sideline potential
•Almost guaranteed to make the tackle
Cons:
•While athletic and has good short area quickness he isn’t insanely fast which will limit his pursuit capabilities
Run Defense / Block Shedding
Pros:
•Can hold his own against a bigger OL in run defense and fill a gap or hole
•Keeps himself from getting driven back and O-Linemen can’t open up a a gap because of that
•Can drive a TE back pretty well to blow up gaps
•Takes on the block and keeps his eyes in the backfield to find the ball carrier
Cons:

Games Watched:
•Week 1 vs TEX, Week 3 vs OHIO, Week 5 vs MINN, Week 6 vs ILL, Week 8 vs PSU, BIG 10 Champ. vs IU
Ideal Situation
•Arvell Reese has all the talent and physical gifts to be a top 10 LB in the sport. Reese has the versatility and athleticism to fit into any system and excel. His experience at OLB shows on tape, but I think he fits better as a true MLB who occasionally lines up at OLB. I think he can fit with pretty much any team you want. Whether that be the Jets, Titans, Cardinals, or Commanders, you can honestly draft him anywhere and early. Reese is that versatile and flat-out that good. You'll need to decide where he will be full-time rather than trying to be 50-50.
