Ideal Situation
•Francis Mauigoa could play tackle at the NFL level, and I think he will still be an above-average starter. However, the Giants are pretty clogged up at the tackle position with Jermaine Eluemunor and Andrew Thomas, who are both good and proven. Which means he will likely start at RG for them this season. I think if any of them get shipped off or injured, Mauigoa should be the first person to get moved into that slot. I believe Mauigoa was the best OT in this class, and I don’t understand why some people on social media strongly dislike that take; the tape speaks for itself. Mauigoa has a high IQ, good physicality, is strong at the point of attack, and has amazing hand usage.
