Ideal Situation:
•I actually really like Lee Hunter as a prospect, and he got a lot better as the season went on. Originally, he seemed like he was only gonna be good in the run game, but over the season, his hands got quicker, and his feet got a little quicker, and he started to become a more balanced DT. Hunter profiles almost as a true NT, which is pretty rare these days. His gap integrity was great; he has a big frame to be strong at the point of attack, his hand usage was solid, and his play strength was very good. The only thing he struggles with is his pursuit speed, change of direction, and balance. When unexpected doubles come, he normally ends up on his face or back, which leaves gaping holes for RBs to run through. Overall, Lee Hunter was a good pick for the Panthers, and I could see Hunter taking the starting spot early in the season.
